Received communication via text the night before the move confirming and getting a time. Movers needed a ride to the second location because they took a Lyft. One mover was incredibly disinclined to work and mostly stood around and watched. The other was courteous and worked, but there was a significant lack of urgency. It took an hour for them to load what should have taken 20-30 min. Ended up wrapping up before the job was done because I didn’t want to pay for more hours that weren’t being used efficiently.
