• Very slow packing as it was already staged to load with exception of three large pieces of furniture. Nice guys, just disappointed in loading and care of items. First time in all my moves (self & others) that I spent so much time overseeing process.

• I had hired and paid for 2 movers to help, At 0830 one mover showed up to begin the job. The 2nd mover did not show until we were almost done loading the truck. When I mean we the mover and myself. The 2nd mover only moved 2 items. Once the truck was loaded, we went to the next location. I saw the 2nd mover make a uturn and never showed up. Again the1 mover and I unload the truck. I texted the company and was told he got a flat? I asked for a full refund on the 2nd mover and was initially told no. In the end they only refunded $150 of the $250 citing the job was done, While I disagreed with this since I paid for 2 movers and they took my money up front with no issues. But I was not in the mood to fight and go through the process through the bank. While the person on the other end never communicate that the other worker had a 'flat'I still feel it is unfair to pay for 2 workers and only get a partial refund when required to pay up front.

  Thank you for your feedback, Tom. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. A second mover was dispatched and did arrive at the job site, but unfortunately experienced a flat tire while traveling to the unload location and was unable to complete the job. I was not made aware of the situation until after the move was completed and agree that better communication should have taken place. After discussing the matter, we issued a $150 refund as a goodwill gesture and worked together to reach a resolution. While we may have different perspectives on the events, we respect your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Most importantly, we're glad your mother's move was completed successfully and that she was pleased with the service. We will continue working to improve our communication and customer experience.
