• Communication was awful; the contact person, Mark, confused me with a different client and was texting me unprofessionally before realizing his error. He asked me what the earliest time was we would need help, I told him 3pm. He stated an hour window. After 4pm, I started reaching out. He said they were in route. Another hour passed before they arrived. One helper appeared to be on some sort of drug or something. They did show and did empty the truck, but several things they turned upside down (a hope chest and a dresser) and brought them in the house upside down. It was not a great experience at all.

The team arrived within the scheduled window and completed the work safely and on time. I take professionalism seriously and can assure you no one was under the influence.
