They came, they packed the truck, and they left. Overall, they were friendly. However, the way they chose to pack the truck left lots of empty space where more fragile items could’ve been placed. All in all, after only taking the U-Haul a couple of blocks, items were unstable in the back, leading to a broken large glass picture frame, and broken small locker.

Hello, Its unfortunate to here your items had been damaged in transit. We do are absolute best to always load with transit in mind. It is the customers responsible to provide any tie downs to keep items in place. That being said, Wildcat Moving & Labor, LLC and its moving helpers do not cover any damaged caused during transition. This is due to the nature of unpredictable or inexperienced driving of Rental Trucks. We hope you take this advice when moving in the future, please provide tie downs straps,rope and drive slow.
