I would HIGHLY recommend Henry and Oscar for any move! they communicated promptly and comprehensively from the time we booked until the time we moved. They were very fast workers and were very careful with our possessions. And they were both so pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you Henry and Oscar for an awesome job and for making a potentially stressful day so nice!
The movers were careless and caused damage. The point of contact ignored it completely. The movers gouged my wall with my couch. It wasn't simply that they accidentally hit the wall once. The gouge zig zags in three directions as they continued to ram the couch into the wall back and forth until I told them to stop. At that point they laid the back of my couch onto a post with all the weight on a single point. You could hear the ripping sound as they tore my couch. At no point did the coordinator respond to my texts nor calls. As a comparison, they dragged our mattress against external stucco. That was the kind of thing that can happen during a move. It was accidental, because the mattress was heavy and unwieldy. I let that go. The prior incident was clearly just being careless. It seemed like it was the movers first day, and they spoke zero English. This was the third time that I hired movers through this service. These guys were the slowest moving of them all.
10 out of 10 recommend. They were prompt, professional, and fast. Two movers had my 15' UHAUL unloaded and into my third floor apartment in under an hour. They took special care to be gentle with my laminate floors. These are some hard-working guys! I would use them again!
