Office communication by text was excellent, and the movers were very good at using various apps. I gave only 4 stars for communication on the whole because of the movers' disability and I needed to spend a lot of energy to make myself understood. But to be clear, they were very good at their job.

This is an unfair review. You gave too many directions at once while the home was overcrowded with furniture and belongings, making it unrealistic to follow every request. We also had to clean up before moving items, which meant a few pieces were overlooked. Given the hoarding conditions, we worked extremely hard and stand by the job we did.
