  • Strong and willing but came unprepared without strong dollies or piano board. They relied on muscles alone to lift and carry the piano, which unfortunately left it exppposed to damage and when one of the helpers slipped, the piano crashed unto the entryway, smashing the bottom corner of the piano, so we now have a permanently damaged piano.
