  • The 2 movers were polite, friendly, and hard workers once they finally arrived. However, they showed up over 2 hours late!! This is inexcusable. They did alert us (the morning of) that they would be an hour late. Then they said it would be 2 hours. They finally showed up 2 hours and 15 minutes late. We loaded half the contents ourselves. We should receive a partial refund.
