Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Without a doubt, these young people are worth every penny they are paid. They know what they are doing, how to do it, they are careful, meticulous, they move very quickly and precisely, they carry, wrap, climb stairs... They are always on go because they know how to do their job well. I am speechless...
The crew leader was nice and professional. They showed up with 3 guys that was great. However the chaos of the start of the day caused some miscommunication with the crew. When I explained I had more ready to go on the truck one of the crew members said they had filled the truck according to what my husband had said was going, the crew member got mad and cussed. I get it, it is frustrating that there was a misunderstanding. Unfortunately it needed to be fixed. The crew leader jumped to action but they didn’t have enough time to fix it. I had to hire another company to come and reload our truck. Costing me double what I had planned.
AJ and his crew were efficient, polite, and good humored even on a hot, humid day. Would definitely hire again.
