  • Movers informed us they were to arrive 30 minutes late but became an hour late. Called the manager and he got in touch with them saying for no reason should they be late and wasn’t aware. I asked him to let me know of the result. Couple mins later they arrived and we as a family had started where we could. The movers were impatient once we questioned the stacking and use of space inside the storage unit. We were told to make up our mind. We, as a family, had to maneuver belongings to better fit our new storage unit or else it would have not fitted whatsoever. Movers were pretty much bringing it in and placing it with little to no thought. This made the move experience stressful. We finished at 7;42 PM and the job was to start at 5 PM. Mind you we were across the state earlier that day with another set of movers at 8am from a different business. We should haven’t to be the brain to get our belongings to fit space for moving. That’s your job.
