• I hired a two-person moving crew because I have a back injury and needed help with heavy lifting. The crew (D and his father, James) were polite and easy to work with. However, it quickly became clear that only one mover could handle the physical work. James helped stage items, but D did all the carrying from the third floor. Because of this, I had to assist with moving heavy items like dressers, mattresses, and couches—something I specifically hired movers to avoid. Even with my help, we couldn’t finish everything in the 3-hour window, and I now have to rent the truck again to complete the move. They were friendly and professional, but I essentially paid for two movers and got one. I’d recommend confirming both movers are physically able to do the job before booking

• I would avoid this company as they have no professional mover staff. They hired someone off the street for my move and even though the guys tried to do it, they didn't have the skills or muscles for lifting a dresser and caused damages to the dresser and the floor. On top of the inefficiency and delay, the company asked to charge an extra hour of service. By the way, I originally booked the appoint for 9 am and the company called me to ask for rescheduling to 2 pm, and I accommodated. However, the mover staff told me that they were contacted at 20 minutes before the move that there was a job and whether they could do the move. The tips to the movers were paid in cash already on the day of the service.
