• When they first arrived and I told them where to put the first item, one of them (using a translator APP) asked me not to point out to them where to put everything. I asked how where they supposed to know where to place items I didn't tell them. Only one of the three spoke English, so I told him what was said, and he just shook his head. One of them on four occasions was standing still doing something on his phone while the other 2 worked. They knocked large chunks of sheet rock out of the wall trying to force a headboard to our bed up the stairs. I had them set it down and I took it partially apart so it would go up. Something they should have been able to figure out. Shortly before they finished, the one who could speak English came to me and said their time was up, that they were hired for three hours. I told him I paid for 4 hours and that there were 3 items left, which should take only a few minutes. He called a number to verify we had paid for 4 hours before moving the items.
