For some reason they switched out one of the movers after we loaded the truck. The new guy was clumsy and didn’t have respect for my property. He kept banging things around and kept trying to just leave things in the kitchen instead of take them to the proper room. My furniture is expensive. If I wanted to bang it into walls I would have done it myself instead of paying for professionals. The other guy was super nice and helpful and did a great job. He is the only reason you didn’t get a 1 star rating.

The service itself was smooth and efficient, but there was a language barrier. I was charged for additional time (which is fine), but the company didn't call me personally and told the movers to charge me and pay for the extra time through Cash App or Apple Pay which was very unprofessional & suspicious; this should've been handled through U-haul and the movers were very adamant about getting their payment code before the end of service. If I could do it all over again I would've hired professionals because you definitely get what you pay for.
