I chose GTC because the reviews were resoundingly positive and there were many. Overall the loading job was completed in time but my experience with them was not five stars, rather 4. The first interactions with the team that showed up was very weird. they showed up at the very last minute of the 1 hour arrival window and then they did their inspection. They left to go talk to their boss. 15 minutes pass and none of the 3 guys I hired started working. I finally get a call from the owner and he comes out (but this takes another 20 minutes) to clear things up. He does the inspection and doesn't understand what the initial problem was so he gets to work and brings two of his other guys out. They worked really hard and got the job done, but the initial experience was very strange and stressful. I appreciate the owners willingness to come out in person to clear things up.
