  • I paid for 2 hours. Went over 6 minutes and was charged (asked to cashapp the mover personally, not professionally) $40 for the 6 minutes for a company that charged a little over 60$ an hour. To make matters worse, I get a call the next morning from the mover stating that I didnt have to pay, and that he needed that money for gas because I made them drive so far. I mean I will never use Uhaul services again. Second provider that I had to deal with something outrageous. You had me cashapp for gas because of the drive? Maybe set parameters on here to where you wont have to. Made me very uncomfortable. After the long day I had. And the follow up call made it even worse. Good news is at least this company showed up. Yeahh never again.

    Sometimes when we submit payment code it will take a couple hours for payment to show, at the moment the movers weren't carrying cash and needed to drive 2 hours to get back in town, I even re assured you would receive it back soon as the payment showed, it was just used for gas to assure movers got back in town, it was more of a favor we were asking but sorry to make u feel that way, I'm glad we were able to successfully move you with no damages, and we apologize for asking for the favor.
