• The actual movers were okay, they lifted multiple heavy items down 3 flights of stairs, heavy humidity, minimal complaints. Unfortunately the owner is the issue. He was rude and demeaning to the staff, called them multiple times during my move, eating away up at least 20 minutes. I had paid for two hours, I never asked for an extension, and just needed them to move as much as possible in the time I PAID for. I missed one call from him for the payment code, because I was helping move the boxes. He called the workers and told them (If she wanted more fucking time she should have paid for more, and you guys need to drop whatever shit in your hands and just leave) Please keep in mind I still had 20 minutes of time left (not including the 10-15 minutes he took talking to them over the phone about another job). I recommend them actually be removed from the website due to the poor actions of the owner.

• Amazing and quick service! Very polite and very professional. They handled my items well and with care. I was definitely in a bind and after being left to move my items with little assistance the last time I moved, I am glad I chose this company and I’m glad they had great young professionals that got the job done quick!
