• Didn’t speak English. Didn’t utilize the room in the truck at all, left Grandmas attic half empty, had boxes marked with fragile stickers placed in and upon arrival was crushed by other boxes due to poor packing. Broken and damaged furniture upon arrival. Didn’t even get an idea of what was being moved. If I didn’t tell the movers they probably would’ve left the backyard stuff as well as the boxes in the kitchen. Would not recommend to anyone. Have pictures as validation of what a horrible job was done. The company unloading the truck couldn’t believe what they were looking at. I can’t believe I got recommended this company through uhaul.

• I was very impressed by the service provided by Diego and Jose. They let me know their ETA multiple times before the pickup and when they arrived, they immediately started moving the items. They were quick but also very careful. I appreciated that. They were also very friendly and had great attitudes. Also, I made this booking the morning of and they were able to help me move what I needed. Absolutely impressed by this company and I would totally recommend them. Thank you to Diego and Jose and I will look forward to using your services in the future. Couldn’t have gone better.
