Excellent! I got stuck in traffic and was late and they were so flexible. They arrived later than the reservation to meet me when I got there. So nice! My nerves were very frazzled from packing and they were so empathic and really calmed me down. They hustled up and down 3 flights of stairs and were so careful. If they didn’t know where to put something, they asked! A wonderful experience during a very stressful time. I very much appreciated their expert handling of my precious things, and the smiles were contagious! Dope! (I tipped cash)
