I moved my belongings from my apartment to a storage unit last month, and this time I hired this moving company to move everything from storage to my new apartment. The communication was good, and I appreciate that. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of my furniture after the move. Almost every piece of furniture had scratches, dents, damage, or broken parts. I completely understand that moving is physically demanding and not an easy job, but seeing so many of my furniture pieces damaged was really frustrating. I had a much better experience with my previous movers, who were fast, professional, careful, and well-organized. I hope this company can improve its handling of furniture and provide a more professional and careful service in the future
