    The movers arrived 4 hours late and were not physically equipped to conduct the job. They complained about how heavy the boxes were and ended up working for far longer than expected. They knew we lived on the second floor and had 3 uBoxes, and it was their decision to take this job and show up late. Despite asking them in advance to bring tools to help us assemble the beds, they showed up without tools and refused to assemble the beds the day of so we had to sleep on the couch.
