  • The owner of the company was polite, efficient and arranged 2 movers on short notice. Perhaps he hadn't used these 2 particular movers previously because they were not good! Upon arrival at my storage unit with a loaded rental truck, they said they were on location, but it took 3 phone calls and 20 min for them to come to the main door where i was parked (they were at some other door). They didn't listen to what I was asking them to do (partly I suspect because I was a woman) - I asked them 5-6 times to cover my antique wooden furniture to protect the finish, but they continually neglected to do this, and they stacked, arranged items so that several pieces were scratched! They did not seem to be experienced movers, as they did not seem to understand how to arrange items to maximize space. I had booked them for 3 hrs, but we finished in 2, (I was taking loads myself). There was no refund for the extra hour. The movers started to leave without helping put things back on truck, etc.
