Do not book these movers! . They showed up as a cheap option but they are not trained movers! Do yourself a favor and just pay a little more money for the next company. They dropped my dryer on its back, they dropped my washing machine down 6 steps smashing and breaking it. They have no tools or dolly. They used the dolly that was on the uhaul truck that wasn’t a Applience dolly and took chunks out of my wood stairs. They stink like weed, they took 5 hours to do a 2 bedroom load. A horrible moving experience! When I called the manager he said don’t worry send me pictures of the damages just so that I would send him the payment information and he refuses to give me their Insurence information. My lawyer is having me file small claims court.
