    I hired Samuel and Augusto based on reviews but had a poor experience. They dropped my 16 month old GE washer face first onto the floor due to using improper equipment. Samuel threatened to walk off the job when I complained, making me feel trapped. He also touched my shoulder multiple times, making me uncomfortable. They packed the Relocubes unevenly and jammed a heavy wooden table against medical-use mattresses. Most unprofessional. Samuel pressured me to write this review on-site before leaving. Do not recommend.
