    Movers damaged my home by braking the staircase. They told me I could get an invoice for repairs and they would pay, however, on receiving the invoice, the company tried to pivot to paying me smaller amounts weekly, which I found unacceptable because that would mean waiting 3 weeks until I could use the money to fully repair the cracked stairs, which are currently a tipping hazard. One of our movers was exceptional and tried to get everything done quickly and professionally. However, the other was inexperienced and led to a longer time than needed as well as the aforementioned damage.
