  • Showed up on time, which was appreciated. Did not seem thrilled to be moving the items. It did rain and they werent happy about getting wet. Unfortunately I dont control the weather. There was an item that was placed under some heavy items and multiple chunks were broken off.

    I apologize that you had that experience. The movers are used to working in all weather conditions. We take pride in our work and customer service. Out of courtesy to ensure the move goes smooth and safe the movers supplied straps that we purchased to help secure your items seeing as though you did not have those prepared. Upon arrival items were already wrapped. Unsure if you inspected your items from your prior movers. No items were broken while your move was completed with us. However depending on driving things may shift maybe check with the movers who initially placed your items in the storage. However we would be happy to assist you with any future needs. The movers did a great job and took pictures to show the great work. Once again Im sorry you felt that way regarding your move. Best wishes
