    i found this process confusing and had a very difficult time reaching the local person who delivered my box. I had to make many phone calls to reach him and he never took the initiative to call me back when I left messages. Often the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. In addition, I asked for my box to be left at the bottom of my driveway for easy unloading. It was left by the curb between my house and my neighbors house, with the door facing my neighbor's driveway and some thick bushes, making unloading much more complicated than it needed to be. The only positive notes are that it was delivered and picked up on time.

    Less than 24hrs after my initial request I received a phone call to confirm, give a little info about my move and the time I requested. Moving day; Ruben and Angel arrived 15 min. early, they were professional and immediately got to work. Everything was moved, packed into the truck, loaded and unloaded with efficiency and carefully. They also had to unload at two different locations and had no problem with that. They were wonderful to work with and will definitely use them in the future. Gave a cash tip!
