  • Ordered moving help with less than a 12 hour notification to load a 20' truck from a 15'x25' storage unit the following day at 10AM with 3 helpers for 3 hours. Ordered at 1030PM the night prior, had a text to confirm details at midnight. Responded back at 6AM, called at 8AM to confirm. Texted further communication, they confirmed at 830AM, but could only provide 2 helpers; however, they offered to stay longer for the same amount of money. Which wasn't necessary, just 2 helpers completed the load in a little over 2 hours. They're communication was fast and excellent. The helpers seemed like English wasn't their first language, however, they were fully capable of understanding and responding to my questions and such. They were wonderfully fast and efficient and I appreciated how quick the company could fit me in their schedule. Full 5 stars, well deserved!
