  • Bowzzer (Eric) was not reliable, rude and arrogant. Practically zero communication to text messages and phone calls. Changed arrival time throughout the day; eventually arrived at 730pm. The job was not completed. They were supposed to return first thing in the next morning to complete the job but never returned. Bowzzer was paid for the entire job; we are working to receive our money back. We had to scramble to get another mover to complete the job. ZJ Services was outstanding!

  • Fantastic! I highly recommend hiring them for moving needs. They were on time, efficient, professional, and followed all of my extra directions (my move wasn’t cut and dry with one loading stop and one unloading stop). They made sure I was happy with their service and I definitely was!
