• The lady on the dispatch had terrible communication. The mover ended up coming two and a half hours later! It was only ONE MOVER, so it wasn’t efficient, thankfully my cousin was there to help because I am 8.5 months pregnant so this was very stressful for me. Then they charged me for two people and I requested a partial refund because nothing worked out and I couldn’t move the amount of the things I wanted to. The lady acted like she was going to give me a refund never did. I called the next morning she LIED and said to check my email and hung up. And when I called back she never answered. DO NOT USE THEM TERRIBLE COORDINATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

• I wish I could give 0 stars. This was by far the WORST moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers arrived 2 hours late, acted unprofessionally, and handled my belongings with no care. They scratched nearly every major piece of furniture, ripped parts off my TV stand and dresser beyond repair, lost hardware I had to replace myself, cracked my garbage can, and even tried to charge me for an extra hour they didn’t work. The customer service was even worse. After I submitted photos of the damage, I called daily for over a week and was repeatedly told a manager would contact me. No one ever did. Eventually they stopped answering my calls. When I finally reached someone, Rachel, and asked to speak with a manager, she hung up on me. In the end, I was told there was nothing they could do and I was essentially out luck. If you value your belongings, your time, and basic customer service, DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
