• When they showed up they said I booked the wrong unloading and I had to pay them extra money. A lot of things were falling while they were moving it on the dolly. They broke the exist sign in the building and scraped up not only my furniture but the door and frame.

  Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how stressful a move can be and we are sorry this experience caused frustration. When our movers arrived, they noticed the items booked did not match the service requested. This was explained before any work began and you were given the option to cancel and book another crew. You chose to proceed with the job. The exit sign was lightly clipped, came loose, and was put back in place before the movers left. While we take pride in providing careful and professional service, movers are still human and minor issues can occasionally happen. We appreciate your feedback and are open to reviewing any concerns shared directly with us.

• Greatly impressed with the courteous and hardworking crew. They were efficient, polite, and handled my valuables with extreme care. Communication with Abu through out the move was great.Will definitely use them again!
