  • The movers weren't going to put items on the top shelf of truck and at times only carrying 1 item. We did t speak Spanish so communication was somewhat hard.

    First, when we arrived, you mentioned that you wanted to load the large, heavy items onto the truck, and then you said you would take care of the rest. Communication was never a problem, and we always loaded various things; we're not robots. I think they are ungrateful people who don't appreciate other people's work
