  Did not communicate effectively. Were over 2.5 hours late. Stopped responding to any texts or calls so we had no idea when they were going show up. When they did finally show up they smelled so strongly of weed. It made our entire apartment smell. All of that was extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced this before when hiring movers. There is not a way to actually contact this company. The number listed went to a company by the same name in TX. When I asked the mover for their company number he gave me his cell number and responded to me while driving to the next place as if he was a dispatch worker. I said I would like verification that you are this company or I cannot release the payment for job. He then threatened to pull the guys from the job. He lied and said he was not able to call because he was on a Zoom call. Basically pick anyone but this completely unprofessional company. It was very unnerving having what seemed to be a sham of a company in our home.

  There was a little confusion because i wanted to change the date. They didn't get the email or something so it ended up being a last minute change and the had another job in the morning. Even so they fir us in and did and outstanding job.
