Unfortunately I had to pay for 2 hours in advance and only use 1. It's been 5 days already that I'm in Halifax and I still didn't receive the reimbursement for the additional hour that was not used. I'm almost regretting using the service because at the end I gave $40 dollars tip to the helpers because I didn't know I was going to pay $90 extra dollars for the hour that I didn't use. That is a lot of money to go out of the window for nothing. I sent an email and the reply I got is that the decision of giving back the extra amount rely on SmallMoves and that sounds odd because the service was not provided for 2 hours. It is very unfortunate.
