Instead of stacking plastic totes and boxes high up (in groups of 3-5) against the wall and returned to their original format of matching types, we were left with stacks of boxes and bins of various sizes stacked only in groups of 2 everywhere in the house, leaving little space to try to walk around and unpack and figure out where everything is. We booked for 3 hours and felt rushed at the end because they thought it was for 2 hours and booked another job within our time frame.

I'm sorry to hear that you felt this way, but the reason we don't stack boxes high when we unload is to ensure nothing is at risk of falling (especially when most boxes were labeled fragile). The reason we hurried to finish early is due to a sudden change of pickup time for our truck; rest assured, we always finish the current move before moving on to the next.
