Lundi's Keep It Moving
Our service was initially good. I had friendly movers who unpacked my U-Haul U-boxes. I thought they did a good job and even tipped them. Issues arose after they left when we saw the damage that they caused to a beam in our door frame. Movers attempted to move a couch through a doorway that was too narrow, which caused the damage. The couch was padded with blankets, wrapped, and had their feet removed to make the job easier. Only after inflicting the damage did they ask for another entrance to use. This was damage they knowingly withheld from us. The beam will have to be replaced and will cost more than the unloading service we booked. When shown the photo, Lundi’s acknowledged that they caused the damage, but claimed that they are not obligated to fix the damage, stating that ‘not all damages are preventable or under our control’. They also stated that they ‘handled the furniture with the utmost care’ which is clearly a lie. I do not recommend this company.
