  Red Rocket Movers

  The movers kept complaining about it being too much stuff and that I needed to tip them extra. They were not too experienced in loading furniture properly. A few of my items were smashed dye to the way my items were basically thrown into the truck. I had a 26 ft truck and they filled it all the way to the opening and closed the gate down. Meanwhile I still had half a storage unit that had not been loaded. My 16 year old daughter and I had to unload the truck, reload and reorganize our items after they left so that everything would fit. It took us 6 hours to complete. Im so disappointed. Whats appaling is that one of the guts kept reinterratting that I needed to top them. The audacity is crazy. Please make sure that your loaders actually know how to load.

  These 3 movers were absolutely outstanding. They arrived earlier than expected even though it was a last minute booking for that same day. Charles Clark was an awesome gentleman and super friendly and helpful. It was a tough move but he never lost his positivity and friendliness. The actual move was quicker than I expected. I had a 26' truck filled to the max and the movers were able to get it all done within 2 hours. I would definitely hire this team again and whomever reads this should do the same.
