• They pushed my move from 7am to 8am, then showed up at 9, an hour late. The main mover had a terrible attitude, did not bring a dolly, and told me to go get one myself. After just an hour, he claimed they could not finish because they had not eaten, I had too much stuff, and I lived on the 3rd floor which I had already told them, then said he should charge me more. They left after 3 hours even though I paid for 4. At the end, he told me to take this survey and then looked at my phone and pressed 5 stars for my satisfaction with his service. My son and I could not believe it. I pulled my phone away before he hit send because I do not want another person to be tricked by their 5 star rating. On top of that, they packed the truck terribly, just throwing things in, and broke several items, including my sons desk. Do not use them. I will be requesting a refund for the hour I paid for which they left early.
