My dryer was damaged. The wall in one of my upstairs bedroom was damaged. My heavy wood furniture was not handled with care. Some were scratched. I informed the company’s contact immediately and he assured me he will take care of it. After multiple attempts no progress was really made. I just purchased a new dryer since I cannot continue to wait on some who did not keep their word. This was a bad experience.

The crew was not able to handle our furniture with care. My dryer was damaged, my upstairs bedroom wall was damaged. Some of my heavy wood furniture was scratched. I waited to provide the survey because the company’s contact assured me they will take care of my dryer claim. I contacted the company number a few times to come to an amicable outcome with no success.
