I would never use this guy again! Scratched and chipped furniture and thought nothing of it. Only worked 5.5 hours of the 7 hours billed, then refunded me for 1 hour and only refunded me for $79.00, when his hourlty rate was $129.00 an hour. Do yourself a favor and hire another Team to move you!
My originally scheduled moving helper didn’t show up and answer my phone call. I had to rebook the helper and the call center found this one for me. They are local in the Dayton area. After the rebooking I got Gram’s phone number and was able to communicate with him via phone and text message. He was pretty responsive and able to come for help in a reasonable short notice. Dazell, Gram’s partner, came to help as well. Gram is pretty strong and can handle most furniture all by himself. Dazell was very helpful on setting up my bed for the night and organized my packed boxes to clear a walking space in a small condo. They are both very nice and friendly. I would recommend them if you need a local helper for moving. Wish them all the best and have a flourish business.
