• They were so late on the 13th that they moved it to the 14th. Both movers showed up reeking of marijuana. They also charged me an additional fee for unloading (stating that it was only for loading or unloading but not both) even though I purchased loading and unloading on the reservation. Furthermore, only my son, myself, and these two movers were in my home on the 14th, and my tramadol (opioid) went missing. My new neighbor is a sheriff, so he is going to fingerprint my other medications to ascertain if there is a strange set on any of the bottles. My son called to report this to the owner, and the owner was 'unavailable,' so he reported it to some type of manager, who stated that this was his best crew. I will never hire this company again, and I strongly urge others to use caution if you hire them.

  We are a 5star company all around . This is a false statement. You were simply unhappy because i did not allow my movers to do more then what was paid for .for insurance purposes. Your time was up you did not purchase enough time for your move which was not i nor the movers fault. We are sorry that we were not able to assist you .But i cannot allow my movers to do work that they will be paid for . We go above and beyond for ALL moves so leaving a 1star review because you simply didn't purchase enough time is not right.im sorry we were not able to assist you in completing your move but uhaul has to be paid and so do we or we will not be paid .
