  • The gentleman provided great customer service and were very courteous however, I think more training could be done on how to properly pack a unit. There was a lot of empty space that was not utilized. Had things been stacked higher and tighter I would not be left with needing to take things out to rearrange everything so that all my belongings can fit. Other than that, they were great and were tipped. Great workers, just need more training.
