Absolutely HORRIBLE!! The worst moving experience ever!! The only nice thing I can say is they were friendly and they got most of things TO the U-Haul. They broke so much stuff and had absolutely no regard for our belongings. The literally threw furniture into the U-Haul and then claimed it was full. We found pieces of our things broken in the driveway, the only thing they admitted to breaking was a glass door on a china hutch. Didn’t mention ripping the bottom piece of our electric fireplace off or breaking the back off our antique Chairs. I found kickbacks and family photos on the ground. Plastic bins had been dropped and opened and thrown haphazardly into the truck. My husband and I spent over an hour unloading the reloading our stuff back in with care and precision and wouldn’t you know everything fit!! If I could figure out how to request a refund I would. This was a horrible experience. I am so upset and angry. But hey at least they smiled and waved when they left
