• This moving service was the cheapest for a reason... On a high note, I am grateful for Leo! He is professional, kind, and efficient. He went above and beyond with helping move large appliances and packing the truck efficiently. Unfortunately my experience with the company owner was not as pleasant. She was the other mover and my point of contact. Once I booked them, she reached out to me asking me for more money due to the distance being more than their included transport of '10 minute drive time' (NOT previously stated) so I paid an EXTRA $55. The day prior to the move, we agreed to start at 10am, then on the moving day, she wanted to start at 9am, but they ended up starting at 9;50am. I booked them for 2 hours. Once we were unloading, the owner used the restroom for 5 minutes and asked for the pay code at 11;40pm and left. Not completing the 2 hours. If you book them, ask for Leo and a different mover. Also, CLARIFY THE START TIME to ensure you get the full time bought.

• Jazmone ‘the owner’ is a SCAMMER! I had to change my reservation from Monday to Tuesday, so we had texted & she said they can help me so we scheduled it for Tues. When Tues. came, she told me that she can’t enter the payment code that I gave her from Mon. & that I would have to have Uhaul change the date to Tues. & that they haven’t got paid anything. So I had agreed, as a responsible and fair person, to pay her via Zelle for the work they did. I even agreed to add an extra hour even though they finished after 15 mins over the 2-hr minimum limit, coz I asked them to wait. My reservation was for 4pm-6pm. I couldn’t make it to the place at 4pm so I asked her to wait for me, again as a fair person, I told her start the time at 4pm even though they’re just waiting for us, & I’ll pay if it goes past 6pm. She kept on threatening to leave & said she had to charge me an extra hour for the ‘inconvenience’ to them. Their ‘waiting’ on the hourly PAID job is the ‘inconvenience’. UNPROFESSIONAL AF

  I was threatened and called names even after waiting two hours, rescheduling you three times, and still completing the two hour move and payingy workers for the inconvenience from the day prior. I was offering a resolution and was told you were happy with the work. Then it escalated before I was off the phone as I was called names and threatened
