  • This company was a big disappointment. I hired 2 movers for 2 hours, but only one showed up. The mover kept telling me the other person was late but on the way. About half-way through, he said the other helper wasn't coming, and if I wanted it loaded, I would need to help load. I went ahead and loaded because we needed to get the job done. I was expecting a half reduction in the price because I only got half the labor. The loader insisted on the uhaul payment code, and I was charged full price. Moving Help said they couldn't do anything about it and told me I needed to follow-up with the provider directly. I called the owner of Two More Hands, and he said he subcontracted the job so he couldn't give me a refund for the other half. After arguing, he agreed to give me a token $25 thru Zelle. I sent the request for payment, but it has been ignored for 3 weeks. Very disappointed - Two More Hands did not stand behind their service and never made it right. Buyer beware!

  • Two More Hands was phenomenal. These poor guys worked so hard despite the heat and made sure that everything was where I wanted it. They did an excellent job for an excellent price. I would absolutely use them again.
