The team was highly unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for movers. We quickly realised that we had not reserved a large enough truck, and that was of course on us. However, it feel that they were holding that frustration against us. They took their time helping us move and ran out the clock until the 2 hours were up. One of the movers took several trips to the truck from our apartment holding only their own backpack. We provided furniture pads, they were discarded around the side of the truck. We bagged our mattress in a mattress bag, then later found the bag discarded next to the elevator the movers were using. From the moment they walked in to the apartment we could smell marijuana on at least one of them. One of them sat down on our couch, opened up a guitar case and started playing our guitar! This was a truly ridiculous experience.
