• Relax and Relocate was very unprofessional. I received a call 30 min before they where due to arrive that they would be still moving another customer . They had a few more boxes and would them be on the way to help me. But they were, 1 and a half hrs away from my location. After waiting almost two hrs I reached out to Chris and he said they were still helping the other customer and did not know if they would make it to my location. This is after 1pm . I called moving help and was informed I could cancel my current moving company, but there would be no guarantee that any other company would be able to help me. I reached out to Chris again and he said if he made it to would be after leaving his current customer after 3. He would still have a 1 and half rs to drive to me and would not be able to help me unload my items at my storage room. So I started loading my items into the uhual. Once they arrived they help for 30 min and left. Asked for refund and never hesrd back fron Chris.
