The movers that showed up were inadequate to the job, scratched floors and walls, showed a general disregard for the furniture they were moving, and repeatedly had to request assistance from us with moving furniture, due to the one movers being in particularly unprofessional and not up to the task.

My deepest apologies, but you have to realize you pushed the job back hours and we came at 8 pm after a long day so we were drained . You were supposed to be our 2nd job of the day
