  • They didn't show up yesterday (7/13) even after confirming on phone on 7/12. Andrea, the owner promised that they will come today (7/14) but still didn't show up. My whole weekend plans got messed up. Very unprofessional.

  • There was a miscommunication about the moving company as I thought I was hiring a moving company and not just 2 individuals to move items. The moving company did not provide their own truck or moving supplies. Multiple items were damaged in the move due to not having the proper equipment. The movers were professional and personable just not properly equipted with the right supplies. A tip was already provided to the movers as i felt it was not their fault for the miscommunication.

    From the talk I had with the client there were no damages and she did not explain in her notes about not having a truck. If we were to have used our own the price would have been more do to her being an hour away. Also the client was advised that when she rented the truck to also get the blankets Uhaul provides as well as straps to prevent any damages.
