It is beyond me how this company has anything higher than a 2 star rating. Communication was awful, I heard from them when I reached out via phone call. No email responses. It’s literally a child who runs the business so you get what you pay for on that front. Showed up smelling like weed. Late. Broke tile in my home. Said he’d cover it and then stopped responding to any calls or texts. Be careful because what I didn’t know is that you don’t need to give them the payment code until they have completed the task- that includes fixing things they may have broken. I didn’t know that and was pressured into giving them the code so now I need to take legal action to get my floors fixed. Truly an awful experience and I even tried to work with them for the repair. They also had to take a break to go get equipment they didn’t come prepared with, despite me filling out a form with details about the job and me telling him in the phone. Unprofessional. Childish. Poor communication. Ill equipped.
