The movers arrived an hour late; they did let us know in advance, which was fine. Once at work, they weren't particularly efficient, and during offloading I noticed them turning boxes labeled 'fragile china' upside down, leaving boxes in the rain, and complaining about the heft of some of the boxes. Only after I gave them the payment code, was I notified that they ran 'over time', and I was asked to pay for full another hour that they did not use. I wouldn't trust them with delicate items, and certainly will not hire them again.

Wow that's so not true... We did not leave boxes out in the rain. Boxes were still in the truck. We all laughing interacting. Yes, it did go over 1 hour. You were still packing and still bringing box when we told you time was over And you said it didn't matter I need all boxes Gone But we did the job no one flipped any China box over? And i'm sorry you felt that way everything was good.. You even offer us weed but we refused Because we don't smoke... and you gave us tip after saying that we did a bad job....
